Thought of the Day: February 01, 2018 – Realizations
Have you waken up to the realizations of life. There must be something better in life to work towards? Have you woken up and realized you have goals, dreams and aspirations that you have not achieved, yet?
Each day I spend anywhere between 5-30 minutes in meditation to bring my thoughts on what is important to me. I believe when we take a few minutes to meditate it can change the outlook you have.
Meditation allows you to have realizations that you previously did not have. You bring your attention to the breath. You bring yourself to the present moment. For a few moments you can spend time being in the now.
It is only in the now that you can have an awakening to what is missing in your life. You can reflect on the past to find ways to change your future actions but only in the now will you become aware of the change.
Any action that you do not take for the future can leave your life in a state of peril. It will cause you to move away from the goals and dreams you have. You will continue to work hard for things you do not find important.
We all need to take time to understand our past. We need to understand when we focus on the important things it gives us a realization of new possibilities.
A new way of thinking will allow you to solve old problems. Your new way of thinking will cause you to look at people in a new way. You will look to achieve the result you want rather than getting the results you do not want…
