Thought of the Day: January 22, 2018 – Outer Peace
Are you someone with inner peace? I believe when we have inner peace, we show it as outer peace. We walk, talk and act differently. That peace we have in the inside reflects on our beliefs, the words we say and the thoughts we choose to entertain.
Inner peace allow you to smile when you walk, smile when you talk and smile when you are sitting. You do not allow the negative things happening in your life or around you, to effect how you are or who you are?
When we smile we allow our bodies to produce positive endorphins that uplift our mood. You and I need these endorphins to enjoy the positive mood each and every day. A smile or even sitting in the sun can increase the endorphins that create inner peace.
If you have peace on the inside, it creates an outer peace. The loop continues as you feed positive to your mind, body and soul.
You must watch out for negative people, situations and news. These things will try to effect your inner peace, your speech and the way you carry yourself.
If you lose your external peace, it will show and people, including yourself, will see that you have lost your inner peace…
