Thought of the Day: January 23, 2018 – Mantra
If you practice meditation, you may have a mantra that you repeat when you meditate, walk or sit.
A mantra is a way for you to connect yourself to the conscious mind. It is a reminder to do something, be something or not be something and do something.
Your mantra should be personal to you and encourage personal growth, relaxation, peace of mind and unity within. This unity connects the body, soul and spirit.
The words I repeat to myself, when I am meditating, to bring my attention back to the present moment is, “This Moment is Meditation” or “Every Moment is Meditation.”
I use these powerful statements words to focus, stay in the present moment and remember that the past and future have no influence on me. I am in the present moment and must live in the now.
What words or statements do you use to help guide you when you need a clear direction…
