Thought of the Day: January 8, 2018 – Good Posture
It is important to have good posture when you sit or when you stand. Not to mention it can help if you are in sales, in an important meeting or if you are looking to get the upper hand.
We are going to look at body posture. The better your body posture is, the less upper and lower back problems you may experience when you meditate, sit or walk.
For us to have perfect posture it helps to have a strong core. These are your abdominal muscles. I’m not saying you need a chiseled 8 pack. But less fat around your mid-section is the goal.
We need to remember to pull our shoulders back and keep your neck aligned. You want to walk upright.
Having good posture may add years to your life. Bad posture will lead to health problems in the future.
Don’t believe me? Just try one of the two. You can choose between good and bad posture. Try it out for the rest of your life and find out if I was right or wrong.
