Thought of the Day: January 15, 2018 – Breath
Your breath is a positive and amazing thing you have the opportunity to experience. You can control it or choose not to and let your subconscious mind control it. If you decide to take a deep breath in and out, on your own accord, you can learn to open your chest and diaphragm to get more oxygen into your body and increase your energy.
When you breath out, make sure you are breathing out any negative that may be on your mind, in your body or in your heart. It has not place in you.
As you do this, learn to breath in and out. Learn to let go of things you hold on to. The things you hold on to will not be of any benefit to you in the future. Negative minds bring about stress, unhealthy thoughts and tightness in your muscles.
Use this moment, the one right now. As you read this article, to inhale fresh oxygen and send someone you know good vibe. As you exhale see the good vibe reaching them. Your peace of mind can bring peace of mind to others with them knowing.
