Every night before you go to bed time you should read something positive. The positive words give your subconscious mind what it needs so it can dream and sort out things. 10-15 minutes before you go to bed read this affirmations. Watch how your sleep, mood and life starts to get better.
Going to Sleep
Every night when I go to sleep I set my alarm at the time I want to wake-up. I will not hit the snooze button. I have had an amazing day full of adventure, opportunity and I accomplish what I wanted to.
It could be that I am tired but I know I have done all I can today to be the best me. When I wake up, I will be refreshed and ready to conquer the new day.
Although it is bed time, If I had to do some more work I could stay up because I could channel the energy I need.
I had a wonderful day and my positive attitude allowed me to be successful in my work, with clients and with all the tasks I needed to complete. I look forward to putting my head down to rest and be ready for the new day.
I am grateful for all the experiences I was able to have today. I know many people around the world did not get this opportunity. I know I did not waste my day with minimal tasks rather I was productive and was finding ways to accomplish my dreams and goals.
I am grateful for everything I have and everything I do not have. My life is perfect the way it is and the only thing I would change is how I am going to approach today based on the knowledge I gained today.
I worked hard today knowing that I can create a better life for my family, myself and anyone else who needs me to become a success.
Before, I make sure go to bed I make sure my house is not a mess. I clean up the house and put away everything which needs to be. When my house is in order my life is in order. I know I look good, feel good and I am enthusiastic about all the different opportunities I am creating.
I speak positive every day and read other affirmations during the day so I can continue to have a positive attitude and impact others. I wake up with a positive attitude because I went to sleep with a positive attitude.
Ten to fifteen minutes before bed time I do not watch television, listen to the radio, suffer the web, watch YouTube videos, interact on social media or watch the news. My attitude is important to me so I guard what programing goes into my subconscious mind.
I do not want my mind to be distracted by things I cannot control and interrupt my sleep. Instead I may choose to meditate or listen to some light music with no words.
I listen to something uplifting and may even choose to listen to a spiritual message. I am a big thinker and positive messages help me dig deeper into my understanding of humanity.
The words I speak from the moment I wake-up until I go to bed are positive, enthusiastic and full of zest. Tomorrow when I wake-up I will be ready to put my best foot forward.
Today I felt great and my attitude towards my loved ones was just as positive as my day was. My spouse and I had an amazing day together. We found time to communicate. We found ways for each of us to improve in the places we may lack.
