I do not memorize fact to sound smart. I learn how to think, work and ask good questions of myself and others.
I read and apply the knowledge from books and audio programs.
I ask myself and others “How can I be and effective leader.”
I focus on my good qualities and strengths. I look for ways to improve on those qualities and strengths.
I find ways to add value to each person I interact with. I motivate myself and others.
I do not use negative words when I speak to/of myself. I understand myself, my opportunities and my goals.
I am in the present moment. I do the activities that have a high return on my time and do not focus on wasting time.
I am confident in my ability to become successful, so I write down my ideas and focus on how to accomplish them.
I am good at everything I do but do not let my ego get in the way when I look for ways to be better at what I do.
I understand it takes time to learn what I need to learn, so I can become the person I see myself at work and in my business.
I approach each day with a positive attitude. I am street smart and book smart. I have the ability to think fast on my feet without losing my train of thought.
I write down my ideas. Then explore those ideas to see if I can turn them to reality, only if they serve my goals.
If I can make money and help others in the process. This is a win-win solution.

I find ways to relate with too all men and women. I listen to what they say and treat everyone as my equal, regardless of sex.
I show each person I meet why they should trust me and be a part of my goals. I treat each person I meet the utmost respect.
I look everyone in the eyes when they talk to me. This lets them know that I am confident. I do not let my mind wander to other topics. If I am thinking about other things, I stop, and focus on the conversation.

At my work or business, I use positive words and posture in my speech. I show a tremendous amount of confidence when I talk but this is not arrogance.
At work and in business people enjoy being around me because I have a great personality.
