5 Ways To Rest And Build Yourself Back Up
One of the most popular ways to relax for many. Sit on the couch and read a good book. Weather it be fiction, non-fiction, self-help, history, romance, religion, business or technical, we all have a preference on the kind of books we enjoy reading.
During the week many of us do not get a chance to read. If you can find 10-15 minutes before bed that would be a good time.
On Saturday or Sunday morning, with your coffee or tea in hanb, pick up your favourite book and read for 20-30 minutes.
You’ll find the more interesting the book the more you’ll get drawn in by the book and want to continue to read.
Pick a book you can learn from and apply the information to your everyday life. Look for books which after you read, you can provide insight to others.
If you read 1 book per week, from age 20 to 70, you would have read 2600 books. Make sure you choose the right books and the right information.
Your future is counting on it while you find ways to rest up.
Take A Bath
Taking a bath might not be popular and I understand that. When was the last time you took a nice long bath?
For many of us it has been years. There is something about laying in warm to hot water that takes the stress away.
You do not have to sit in the bath long. Maybe 10-15 minutes. Just that short amount of time will relax your body, mind and soul.
Here is a small tip. Leave your phone in a different room. The idea here is to unplug and give your mind time to relax and recover.
If you are not a fan of a bath, no problem. Go to your local swimming pool and make a day of it, with the spouse and kids. (If you are married or have kids)
Have A Cup Of Green Tea
The reason for green tea is simple. It is the king of tea and if you want to get all the health benefits, I would recommend Matcha Tea.
There is something about sitting down with a glass of tea that is relaxing. Look to many different cultures around the world and you will see tea is apart of the lifestyle.

Not only is walking one of the simplest excercise you can do, it does not cost you a monthly gym membership.
The only thing you need is a good pair of shoes and the right clothes for the weather.
Where you go for a walk is your choice. A community park, national park, in nature or around the neighbourhood, it does not matter, as long as you enjoy the surroundings.
Breathing in fresh air will oxygenate your body. Overtime you will feel better and have more energy as well.
Massage And Spa
For those of you who have health benefits through work, take advantage of the massage coverage. There is a reason this benefit is covered by most work plans. They know you need it.
You can go for a 30 – 60 – 90 minute massage. This is your time to loosen up your muscles and forget the stress of our day and that to-do list.
Many people sit 8-10 hours a day and this causes your backs and legs to get tight.
A nice relaxing massage can rejuvenate your mind and body. This relax time is for you to rest and melt the stress away.
