Upon Waking Up
Every day when I wake-up, I do not hit the snooze button. I do not need the extra 9 minutes of sleep. I am rested and excited about today’s opportunities.
When I open my eyes, I feel refreshed. I am not tired and I have a lot of energy. I feel wonderful. My attitude is great and I look forward to the new day.
I am grateful for waking up today. I know many people around the world did not get this opportunity, so I will not waste my day. I will find ways to be productive.
I am grateful for everything I have and everything I do not have. My life is perfect the way it is. I wake up today knowing I can create a better life for myself and my family, so I go out and do what I need to do so I can become a success.
After my shower, I make sure I dress well even if I am staying home for the day. I look good, feel good and I am enthusiastic.
I speak positive every day. I wake up with a positive attitude because I went to sleep with a positive attitude.
When I wake up I do not turn on the radio or the news. I do not want my mind distracted by things I cannot control. Instead I put on a positive podcast to listen to. I listen to something uplifting or something that will help me learn and move towards my goals, one day at a time.
My attitude is important to me so I guard what programing goes into my subconscious mind.
I speak positive and this creates better results. I speak positive when I wake-up until I go to bed. When I wake-up I am ready to put my positive attitude to work for me. This is my of my many advantages.
During the day, I feel great. I have high-energy levels and do not get tire easily. I get up 30 minutes earlier and stay up longer 30 minutes longer each day.
