Meditation is a powerful system I use to find awareness, peace and understanding of the world around me.
During meditation, I reflect on the now. I reflect on the past and the future. I know I can use what I learned from the past, today, to create the future I desire, tomorrow.
When I meditate, I put on light music, a guided meditation or I sit in silence and listen to my inner voice.
I meditate in the morning and I am at peace. I carry that peace with me all day and everywhere I go.
When I breath in, I feel relaxed. When breathing out, I put a smile on my face as I become awareness and pure consciousness.
I feel a sense of calmness and I can experience the present moment for all its glory.
My life’s journey is my meditation.
I understand that every waking moment is meditation. When I accept the reality around me, this is meditation. Each moment I experience is meditation.
Being in nature is meditation. When I’m in nature it allows me to understand the vastness of universe.
I am loving awareness and I walk in awareness.
I let my ego go as I become pure consciousness.
As my heart beats I become stillness and I connect to the universe.
I know I am not just the physical form. I am more than that, so I detach from the form and I connect to the soul. In meditation, I connect to the soul of other people. This allows me to understand people.
I like the person I am becoming with meditation. I have a larger outlook on life and I am focused.
Every day I am in tuned with who I am and not the idea of who people think I am.
At the end of every mediation I thank God, the universe or the higher power I believe in for bring me to this moment of realization.
As I meditate I look at my life. I understand the present moment is where I am and my life is where it needs to be.
