My memory improves each day and every day. I do not forget the details of my conversations. I recall information days, weeks, months and years after it took place.
I do not need pharmaceuticals to stay healthy. I take care of my body and my body takes care of me.
Every day I learn something new. I continue to gain knowledge as changes in the world keep taking place.
My body ages well because I enjoy stretching, doing yoga, working out, walking, running and eating healthy. I am as healthy as I choose to be. I choose to be healthy and life a long which is disease free.
I see the difference in my attitude because I eat healthy. I see the difference in my body as it looks more and more the way I envision it.
I work out five days a week and I love the way it makes me feel. I like the way each workout makes me look. I enjoy the process of working out. I love the way my body looks and feels after a workout. I like it so much that I look forward to the next time I can workout.
After every exercise, I can see myself reach my prime body image. I eat healthier and it shows when I look at myself in the mirror. I continue to eat better each day and each day my body shows me that it appreciates the healthy food I put in my body.
I am more in my prime body condition each day. I feel younger then my age. When people look at me they cannot believe my age.
I do not eat food that is not healthy for me. I limit the amount of “junk” food and look for the healthiest options I can find.
My body is lean. I know the leaner my body becomes the less chances there are that I will have health problems in the future.
At no time do I let people who do not wish to eat healthy as me influence me with the food they eat. I stay away from food that I know is not going to serve me with a long life.
When I see “junk” food or food that I choose not to eat, I do not crave it. Instead if I am hungry I reach for a health option.
I choose to eat a well-balanced breakfast based on my health goals, not what the media tells me. I eat a well-balanced lunch that includes protein, carbohydrates and fats.
I drink plenty of water throughout my day. I do not reach for coffee or a soft drink.
I eat a healthy dinner. I do not over eat during the day. I make sure I eat enough so I do not get hungry over the next 4 hours.
