Many people in society believe it is taboo to carry around religious books , so they don’t.
The internet takes that taboo and kills it. With over 20 million religious sites on the internet, it is easier to read scriptures over lunch, on the bus, train, at the park or when your feel you need the uplifting word.
Books were not available to the masses until the invention of the printing press. Today over 774 million people do not know how to read.
One advantages the internet gives people who can’t read is, they can find many of the scriptures on audio and find the peace they desire.
Social media can be a huge distraction for many people. Countless hours are spent on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and the list goes on.
If you are looking to be enlightened in a technology world, there is still an advantage to social media.

Science and Technology
Here is something to consider. If science and technology can help us live longer, then can we use that extra time to learn more about ourselves and the truth around us?
Do you believe either view-point could be right?
Can science and the advancements in technology help us find enlightenment?
Will we someday realize that we are all the human family?
